Program and Production InternshipsAvailable: Summer


The Program and Production Department is responsible for presenting and producing all performances at The Barns and Filene Center. It also handles all behind-the-scenes operations of these venues.

Job Description

  •  Program and Production Intern at Wolf TrapSchedule and coordinate seasonal staff
  •  Assist in coordinating hospitality for visiting artists
  •  Manage department's incoming correspondence and phone calls
  •  Conduct performance-related research
  •  Assist with data entry into performance database
  •  Accompany staff during selected performances
  •  Night and evening hours required

Requirements

  •  Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Internet
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills
  •  Pleasant and professional phone manner
  •  Detail oriented, organized, flexible, and able to work well under pressure
