Ticket Services Internships

Work in the fast-paced world of a performing arts box office as you help fulfill ticket requests and provide customer service for the Filene Center and The Barns at Wolf Trap. You will also assist in the management of Wolf Trap’s Children Theatre-in-the-Woods operations.

• Daily financial reconciliation and reporting
• Assist with the management of ticket inventory
• Provide information and ticket sales to patrons with special seating needs
• Performance night ticket sales and/or Will Call

Requirements

• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiasm and initiative
