As Southeast Community Involvement Leader for Deloitte, Ms. Rothberg oversees the firm’s community involvement strategy and programs for the Southeast Region (Baltimore to Miami). Prior to Deloitte, Emily served as Public Relations Director for AT&T for the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia; and as Manager of Executive Communications at the Fannie Mae Foundation in Washington DC. A graduate of Leadership Greater Washington, Ms. Rothberg has held leadership positions on numerous local community boards and committees, including Northern Virginia Family Service, Alexandria Community Foundation, Greater DC Cares, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, Community Foundation for the National Capital Region, and Greater Washington Board of Trade, among others. Ms. Rothberg received her bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College and a master’s degree from George Mason University.
As President and CEO of Noblis, Mr. ElSawy oversees the nonprofit company’s work in science, technology and strategy for all levels of government, private industry, and nonprofits. Noblis focuses on the areas of national and homeland security, public safety, transportation, health care, criminal justice, energy and the environment, and climate change. Mr. ElSawy holds a master’s degree in business administration from Georgetown University, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from George Washington University, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from West Virginia University. He was inducted in the Computer Science and Electrical Engineering Academy at WVU in 2007.
As President of the Greater Washington region for PNC Bank, Mr. Harreld oversees all aspects of PNC’s local operations, including retail, corporate & institutional banking, wealth management and community-based activities. Harreld joined Citizens Fidelity Bank (predecessor to PNC) in 1969 and in succeeding years had varied executive responsibilities. Mr. Harreld has served on the boards of four Kentucky universities, and currently serves on the Federal City Council, Greater Washington Board of Trade, and several local cultural institutions. He serves as chairman of the Finance Committee of Virginia's Start Strong Council, and has received a variety of honors, including the DC Chamber of Commerce Business Leader of the Year. Harreld holds bachelor’s and law degrees from the University of Louisville.
