Wolf Trap Sweepstakes Official Rules

SPONSOR. Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts ("Foundation" or "Sponsor"), 1645 Trap Road, Vienna, Virginia 22182.

TERM. Timing. Sweepstakes begins at 10 am Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, March 8,  2010 and ends at 10 am ET on March 29, 2010. ("Sweepstakes Period")

ELIGIBILITY. Wolf Trap Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of the Foundation, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agents, their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents) and those with whom such persons are domiciled are NOT eligible. Must enter from an eligible jurisdiction. Eligibility may be verified at any time. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and all decisions of the Foundation.

HOW TO ENTER. LIMIT: One (1) entry per person. To enter, visit http://www.wolftrap.org/global/Enter_to_Win.aspx and complete the official online entry form by providing your first and last name, email address and daytime telephone number. Completion of all required personal information will result in one (1) entry. All entries must be received during the sweepstakes.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, entries made online will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder for that email address. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, mutilated, stolen or misdirected mail, or for technical failure or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the verification of Tickets. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

Prizes. One Grand Prize Winner will receive two (2) tickets to the Holmes Brothers on April 1, 2010 at The Barns at Wolf Trap, Vienna, VA. Restrictions may apply due to availability. Approximate total retail value is $45. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. For performances scheduled for multiple dates and times, winning tickets will only be offered for the first performance. WINNER MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE EVENT ON THE DATE STATED. No alternate prize, cash or other substitution or transfer of prize allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of greater or equal value.
