Fundraising Ticket Donation Program for Filene Center Performances
Wolf Trap Foundation provides a limited number of Filene Center performance tickets to qualified 501(C)(3) nonprofit organizations to be used as items for auctions, raffles, or other events.

This program is only offered during a specific timeframe which corresponds with the summer Filene Center season.  

How to Request Ticket Donations for fundraising purposes:

  • Donation requests are accepted for the 2017 Filene Center Season from November 1, 2017 until January 31, 2018. 

  • Your event must occur between March 18 and August 20, 2018 to be eligible.

  • Please complete and email the Donation Program Request Form to donationrequest@wolftrap.org.
    This form is ONLY ACTIVE between November 1, 2017 and January 31, 2018. 

  • Organizations will be contacted the week of March 12, 2018 via email regarding the status of their request. Please do not call or email to check on status.

A maximum of 2 tickets (1 donation) to a specific performance during the upcoming Filene Center season will be awarded if the request is granted. These tickets will be determined by Wolf Trap Foundation and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Every possible effort will be made to align the date of the performance of the donated tickets so that it is after your event date. 

Due to the large number of requests we receive from worthy causes, please understand that Wolf Trap Foundation is unable to donate to the same organization more than once in the same year. The request must also come directly from a qualified 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization.  We are unable to donate to third-party organizations or directly to individuals.
