The Harry Potter™ film series is one of those once-in-a-lifetime cultural phenomena that continues to delight millions of fans around the world. This concert will feature the National Symphony Orchestra performing every note from Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone™. Audiences will be able to relive the magic of the film in high-definition on a giant screen while hearing the orchestra perform John Williams’ unforgettable score.

Film will be projected in HD onto big screens in-house and on the lawn.

Dress the Part! Fans are encouraged to dress like their favorite wizarding-inspired character for this performance.

Pre-Performance activities

A Pre-Performance Discussion is offered Friday, July 7 on the Old Farmhouse Lawn. These discussions offer insight and interpretation of the evening's performance. They begin 1 hour before the scheduled show time and end with plenty of time to reach your seat before the show starts.

Experience Quidditch, the official sport of the wizarding world! Members of the Washington Admirals Major Lead Quidditch team will play an exposition match beginning at 7:30 pm on Saturday, July 8 on the Meadow just north of the Filene Center. Patrons may picnic and watch the free match on Meadow Hill.
