MICHELIN-STAR CHEF MATT BAKER brings his passion for cuisine, hospitality, and all things indulgent to Wine at Wolf Trap. Zagat named Chef Baker in its “Top 30 under 30” listing in 2015. His Ivy City restaurant Gravitas has maintained the coveted Michelin star since 2019. Through 101 Hospitality, Chef Baker also operates Baker’s Daughter and Michele’s at the Eaton DC.

SOMMELIER LINDSEY FERN returns to present a masterful wine pairing set to enhance and explore the evening’s menu. Holding the accreditation of Advanced Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers since 2019, Ms. Fern is the Wine Director at the esteemed The Inn at Little Washington. She and a hand-picked team of highly regarded sommeliers will personally guide your culinary journey.
