In Marvelous Metamorphoses, Sova Dance & Puppet Theater uses dance, song, and puppetry to celebrate breathtaking transformations in our world, like a caterpillar’s change into a butterfly or a polliwog becoming a frog!

Let's Fly Together: Butterfly Puppet Workshop
Saturday, July 1 at 12 PM

In this uplifting, fun-filled workshop, children will create a butterfly rod puppet before learning dance and puppetry techniques. Children will use dramatic play to recreate the multi-generational migration of the monarchs and help their puppets find pollen among the Wolf Trap flowers. Everyone leaves with a puppet to take home. Best for ages 4 to 12. Adult helpers required.
