Vienna, Virginia (March 22, 2022) – Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts today announced new Summer 2022 Filene Center and Children’s Theatre in-the-Woods performances at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts.

In addition to the Filene Center summer season, Wolf Trap also presents performances for children and families at Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods (CTITW). The seven-week season features the best of children’s performers including music, dance, theater, puppetry, and magic, with a focus on audience interaction. Performances take place Tuesday through Saturday mornings at 10:30 AM, June 21 through August 6.

Young at Arts (YAA), Wolf Trap’s accessibility initiative that aims to connect families with the performing arts, returns for the 2022 season. 

Tickets for previously announced performances are on sale now. Tickets for all newly announced Filene Center and Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods performances are available to the public beginning at 10 AM on Friday, April 1.

About Wolf Trap

Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, produces and presents a full range of performance and education programs in the Greater Washington area, as well as nationally. Wolf Trap features three performance venues: the outdoor Filene Center and Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods, both located at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, and The Barns at Wolf Trap, located down the road from the national park and adjacent to the Center for Education at Wolf Trap.
