Press & Media Resources

Members of the media on assignment should use the below form to request press tickets, interviews, background information, and/or access to performances, venues, artists, and administrators. Please be aware that press tickets are limited, and availability will vary from performance to performance. 

Please note that credential requests do not guarantee approval for coverage. 

If you are approved, a member of the Wolf Trap Foundation Press Office will contact you via email regarding the next steps the week of the show. Freelancers applying for credentials must provide proof of assignment from an official publisher or editor.

All photographers applying to cover a Wolf Trap performance are required to use professional photography equipment only. 

Day-of requests cannot be accommodated and advance notice of at least one week is preferred.

Most approval deadlines to submit a media request for photography coverage is 14 business days before the requested performance date. 

Media credentials are non-transferable and are issued for the specific event and only for the person approved through this credential process and may not be given to another person without prior approval from the Wolf Trap Press Office team.  Any media attendees who do not follow the guidelines will not be approved for future performances.

Credentials are not provided to advertising, sales, marketing or administrative staff.
