Hiss Golden Messenger will transform The Barns into your own musical “sanctuary.” In this intimate solo show, Hiss Golden Messenger’s primary songwriter and vocalist M.C. Taylor, whose voice has been described as “cool and sharp, somewhere between James Taylor’s serenity and Bob Dylan’s agita” (The Washington Post), delivers warm indie folk flavored with Southern soul and gospel, renegade country, and spiritual jazz.
