Except in states where cash redemptions are required or allowed by law, gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted, destroyed, or used without your permission. Gift cards do not expire and are not subject to transaction fees. When you purchase or redeem a gift card, you agree that the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia apply without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
