The Barns
The Barns is a beautifully maintained historic building with high ceilings and rustic wooden beams. The space is perfect for fundraising galas, holiday parties, and networking events. The Barns is also a performance venue and comes equipped with a built-in stage ready for entertainment and a supported wooden floor for dancing. This temperature-controlled reception space can accommodate up to 160 guests for a seated event.
Education Hall
The Education Hall is a gorgeous open room with floor-to-ceiling windows and natural wood and stone details, accommodating up to 250 guests for a seated event. The space is well-suited for awards ceremonies, town halls, and corporate happy hours. The rental includes access to the Tolley Terrace as an outdoor option, ideal for a cocktail reception.
Pre-Performance Receptions
Treat clients or staff to a reception prior to a show at the world-renowned Filene Center. Wolf Trap's new Pavilions provide a private entertainment space, complete with picturesque views of the surrounding Meadow.
