With spaces for general sessions in Lecture Hall, breakouts, displays, and meal service in Education Hall, an after-hours dinner and dancing reception at one of our outdoor Pavilions, and fresh-air breaks on Tolley Terrace, Wolf Trap can support all of your activities in one, easily-accessible location that feels truly apart from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Spaces rented at the Center for Education include built-in meeting-ready amenities at no additional charge, including:

Education Hall
The Education Hall is a gorgeous open room with floor-to-ceiling windows and natural wood and stone details, accommodating up to 250 guests for a seated event. The Education Hall can be set with crescent rounds or split into quadrants, allowing for breakout sessions or presentations on one side and meal service on the other. The rental includes access to the outdoor Tolley Terrace, ideal for a cocktail reception.
Lecture Hall
The Lecture Hall is a stunning space with wood paneling and acoustic treatment around the room. Offering 96 permanent theater-style seats, this space is perfect for multimedia presentations and professional retreats. The Lecture Hall lobby and covered patio offer a place for your group to convene prior to or following activities in the hall.
Post-Meeting Entertaining
Our new outdoor Pavilion spaces overlook stunning vistas of Wolf Trap National Park. The Pavilions are perfect for a post-meeting happy hour or dinner. Each Pavilion has built-in overhead lighting and fans, weather screens, adjacent bathrooms, and complimentary parking.
