Wolf Trap Sweepstakes Official Rules

SPONSOR. Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts ("Foundation" or "Sponsor"), 1645 Trap Road, Vienna, Virginia 22182.

TERM. Timing. Sweepstakes begins at 10 am Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, May 12, 2008 and ends at 10 am ET on Tuesday, May 27, 2008. ("Sweepstakes Period").

ELIGIBILITY. Wolf Trap Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of the Foundation, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agents, their immediate families (defined as parents, spouses, children, siblings and grandparents) and those with whom such persons are domiciled are NOT eligible. Must enter from an eligible jurisdiction. Eligibility may be verified at any time. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and all decisions of the Foundation.

HOW TO ENTER. LIMIT: One (1) entry per person. To enter, visit http://www.wolftrap.org/global/Enter_to_Win.aspx and complete the official online entry form by providing your first and last name, email address and daytime telephone number. Completion of all required personal information will result in one (1) entry. All entries must be received during the sweepstakes.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, entries made online will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder for that email address. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain.

Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, mutilated, stolen or misdirected mail, or for technical failure or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the verification of Tickets. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

Prizes. One Grand Prize Winner will receive 2 in house tickets to the Riverdance on May 29 and a gift certificate for a dinner for 2 from Ovations, operated by Capital Restaurant Concepts. Approximate total retail value $146. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. For performances scheduled for multiple dates and times, winning tickets will only be offered for the first performance. WINNER MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE EVENT ON THE DATE STATED. No alternate prize, cash or other substitution or transfer of prize allowed, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of greater or equal value in the event of availability. Event will take place rain or shine. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and costs associated with prize receipt and redemption, including travel to the Event. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Terms. Potential Winner will be drawn on or about and will be notified by email on or about Tuesday, May 27, 2008. Winner may pick up his/her Prize at the "Will-Call" window beginning two hours prior to show time until fifteen minutes prior to show time on the date of the Event. Winner must bring proper identification to the Event confirming his/her identity before the Prize will be released to the Winner. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions as to the administration of the Promotion and prize awards are final.

Except where prohibited, potential winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability and Public Relations release within fourteen (14) days in order to claim his/her prize. If potential winner fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the requisite time, if required, potential winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize.

Except where prohibited, receipt of prize constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, biographical information, likeness and statements relating to the Promotion and Sponsor's products for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. By receipt of any Promotion prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and each of their respective agents, employees, directors and officers from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Winners List. To obtain the name of the prize winners, send a self-addressed, postpaid envelope to: Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, 1645 Trap Road, Vienna, Virginia 22182. Winners List available approximately one month after redemption deadline. Requests must be received within three months after redemption deadline. Residents of Vermont may exclude return postage.
