Breaking the traditional fine dining mold, Chef Aaron Silverman brings his imaginative take to The Barns at Wolf Trap this spring. Silverman is the lauded culinary talent and chef/restauranteur behind the powerhouse Michelin-starred restaurants Pineapple and Pearls, Rose’s Luxury, and Little Pearl, which hold a collective 4 Michelin Stars.

Master Sommelier Justin Moore leads the evening’s wine pairings for a custom designed multi-course menu curated by Moore and Chef Silverman.

MICHELIN-STAR CHEF AARON SILVERMAN and his restaurants have earned the most coveted recognitions in dining, including 2016 James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef, Mid-Atlantic; 2016 Best New Restaurant in America by Bon Appétit Magazine (Rose’s Luxury); AAA’s list of Five Diamond Restaurants (Pineapple & Pearls); and a combined 4 Michelin Stars.

MASTER SOMMELIER JUSTIN MOORE is Wine Director of Silverman’s Rose’s Restaurant Group, and Roses at Home’s Rad Wine Club. One of fewer than 300 Master Sommeliers in the world, Mr. Moore’s illustrious career spans North America’s most iconic establishments and has earned him a spot as a judge for the 2024 Sommeliers Choice Awards.
